  • Shipping & Delivery

    All Our orders are shipped using An Post - our local shipping service based in Ireland.This is a very fast and reliable and the most economical way for you to get your order. We ship to all countries in the EU and the world including the UK,Italy,France,Spain,Germany and Ireland - the shipping cost is free no matter where in the world you are situated.

    Orders will take 1-2 days working days to deliver in Ireland, 2-6 working days to deliver to European countries such as Italy,France,UK,Spain,Germany and for outside the EU such as USA,Canada and Australia it takes 5-7 working days.

    All items are in stock and are despatched to you in the same working day if the item is purchased before 4pm or 17.00 CET,items that are purchased later than that will be shipped the following working day. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched on the next working day.

By using upper and lower case characters, adding numbers and special characters to your password will make it more difficult for others to guess.     thinkmobile.ie will never e-mail or call you to ask you to disclose or verify your account password, credit card or bank account number. If you are contacted or receive an unsolicited email which asks you for any of this information, disregard the request at once and please report the incident asap to our Customer Services team.

    Credit Card Security
    We take online security extremely seriously and have taken rigorous precautions to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.

    We don't hold sensitive payment details about our customers. When you input your card details during shopping or into your account area, the card processor retains all the information about your card and only issues thinkmobile with a unique token identifier. This token then allows us to process the cost of your order against your card. It also allows us to issue refunds or process, for example, backorder charges. We don't have access to your complete card details.

    Please be aware that in the interests of credit card security you may be contacted prior to the dispatch of your order with a request for additional information.

    When you make an online order with us, we need to know your name, email address, credit card billing address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and associated details. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you about your order status. We also require a landline telephone number in case we need to contact you, and for international orders this number may be given to our couriers in order to help with the delivery of your goods. You have trusted us by giving us these details and we promise not to use these details for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about the products and services of thinkmobile. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties.

    If you choose to pay by Paypal you will be redirected to Paypal's secure servers to complete your order.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Here at thinkmobile we want the customer to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make. So if you are not completely happy with any item, simply return it within 100 days of the sale date.The Item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging together with all purchase details. We'll exchange it or offer you full refund.

    • For any exchange or refund, we need a record of the purchase in our system,this should include your order number, the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories.
    • When you are sending back an item to us please print the following form that can be downloaded here,this form is a return item form to aid us in dealing with your return as quickly and as efficiently as possible.Please fill in all the blanks and include the printed form with the item when sending it back to us.
    • Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed.
    • Customer must contact us before sending back returns.

  • Placing an Order

    Stage 1: After you have added an item to your cart,you can checkout with Paypal or Proceed with Checkout

    Stage 2: You then can either checkout as a guest or register for an account or login to your existing account

    Stage 3: After you select your billing and shipping information you will then be asked for your payment confirmation

    Stage 4: You can either pay by Credit Card,Paypal or Bank Transfer.

    Stage 5: After Completion of your payment method you will be then asked to Place your order with us.

    Stage 6: After verification of your payment your order will be shipped from our warehouse asap.

  • Viewing Orders

    You can view your previous orders that you have made by clicking on My Account on the top left of the page and then by clicking on My Orders on the left hand menu.
